Barry Norfleet brings over 35 years of combined experience in law, finance, and executive leadership. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, then the largest of the Big Eight accounting firms, where he spent a decade in the Tax, Trust, and M&A divisions. Barry later transitioned into senior leadership roles in financial services, including serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at WesBanco, where he managed complex investment and estate strategies for individuals, businesses, and employee benefit plans across Kentucky and Indiana.
Barry joined Hargrove Firm in March 2025 as Of Counsel. His expertise spans estate planning, succession planning, tax strategy, and business transition planning, making him a trusted advisor for clients navigating significant financial and generational decisions.
