Estately has announced that Hargrove is now the attorney partner behind Estately + Counsel, the platform’s attorney-drafted estate planning option for advisors.
Estately helps financial advisors offer estate planning to their clients directly on its platform. When a client’s situation calls for more than self-directed documents, their advisors can now use Estately + Counsel to connect that client with a Hargrove attorney. Such situations might include a blended family, business interests, property in more than one state, or a beneficiary who receives government benefits, among others. The advisor stays informed throughout, from the first consultation to signing.
Hargrove partners with advisory firms and planning platforms nationwide to make attorney-led estate planning easier for advisors to offer and simpler for clients to complete.
