Kim Raemdonck graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with honors. Kim went on to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she obtained a J.D. and an L.L.M. in Taxation. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Texas and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Tax Court.

Kim’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and nuptial agreements. Kim works closely with individuals and families to develop comprehensive estate plans that meet her clients’ goals, and counsels them through the probate process when a loved one passes. In addition to a Juris Doctor, Kim has a legal masters in tax which gives her a unique perspective when advising clients regarding legacy planning and administration issues.

Kim is the current President of the Women’s Estate Planning Council and the current President of the Denver Ballet Guild Endowment Board. She is a graduate of the Leadership Institute of the Junior League of Denver, as well as a member of the Junior League Foundation Philanthropy Committee. She is an active member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Colorado Bar Association and past chair of the Orange Book Committee.

Kim also taught estate planning as a guest lecturer at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in 2021.
