Clarysse Blanchard is the Vice President of Revenue at Hargrove Firm, where she oversees go-to-market strategy and operations, advisor success, and client success. Her focus is on building the revenue engine that drives the firm’s growth.
Clarysse has worked in strategy and operations since 2012. Before joining the firm, she served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she specialized in revenue growth strategy and private equity-backed company transformations across industries including technology and insurance.
Previously, she was a Senior Associate in M&A consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), focused on the technology sector. She began her career as a Project Engineer at EDF (Électricité de France), one of the world’s leading energy companies.
Clarysse earned her MBA from the University of Southern California and holds a BA and MS in Engineering from École des Mines in France and Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in Brazil. While at McKinsey, she led Women of McKinsey Southern California, an initiative that inspires women to pursue professional growth and leadership opportunities.
Outside of work, Clarysse is an avid surfer and a tennis player. She lives in Southern California, where she loves spending time with her husband and two kids.
