Erin Blalock is the Legal Training & Quality Assurance Manager at Hargrove Firm, where she develops and maintains the training, onboarding, quality assurance, and performance standards that support consistent, accurate, and professional legal services across the firm.
Before joining Hargrove Firm, Erin served as Director of Legal Services at FPLG. She began her career at the YMCA in her hometown, where she spent 15 years as a Director before transitioning to law and running her own practice as a sole practitioner for several years.
Erin earned her Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and is a member of the Alabama State Bar. Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and her Great Dane, Maggie Moo.
