Heidi Shelly is the Director of Client Success at Hargrove Firm, where she focuses on supporting the team and creating a smooth, consistent experience for every client. Having been part of the firm since 2014, she brings a depth of perspective earned across roles as a legal assistant, paralegal, and operations leader, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the legal process and the people it serves.
Before joining the firm, Heidi built her career in the banking and financial services industry, where she developed a strong sense of organization, structure, and client service that continues to shape her approach today.
Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Science from Eastern Kentucky University. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her farm with her fiancé, her children, and a lively group of four dogs and two cats. She loves cooking, gardening, reading mystery novels, and spending time on the lake with her family on their houseboat. These interests bring balance to her life and reflect the same warmth and steadiness she brings to her work at the firm.
