Jennifer Wright serves as a Client Success Manager at Hargrove Firm, where she manages the end-to-end estate planning lifecycle for clients. By optimizing digital workflows and bridging team communication, Jennifer simplifies complex processes to deliver a high-touch experience that provides peace of mind to clients, protecting their legacies.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer built extensive experience in client success, account management, and client onboarding within the software and service industries. She led account growth and client retention strategies at organizations including Concentrix, ABB Optical Group, and Houzz.
Jennifer holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Appalachian State University. Outside of work, Jennifer is passionate about animal welfare. She actively volunteers with local rescue organizations and enjoys spending time with her own rescue dogs.
