John Redmond serves as Director of Product Development, where he leads product strategy and the product roadmap for the platform. He partners closely with leadership, legal services, and the engineering team to prioritize what gets built and turn business needs into clear product specifications. As the company expands its wealth management partnerships, John is also helping scale its product and engineering processes to keep pace with that growth.
John brings more than 15 years of experience launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products across financial services, analytics, and workflow automation. Most recently, as a product manager at Alkami Technology, he owned the strategy and roadmap for a customer insights and marketing automation platform serving more than 240 financial institutions. Before that, he was a product owner at Wells Fargo, where he led a workstream in the Enterprise One Number data initiative, which brought together data from more than 40 systems of record. Earlier in his career, as a product manager at Meridian Technologies, he worked directly with the CEO and founder to take a bank profitability system from concept to commercial product.
John earned his bachelor’s degree in operations management and information systems from Santa Clara University. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family.
