Mandy Mills serves as the Director of Legal Operations at Hargrove Firm, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the legal team and helps ensure the firm’s estate planning processes run efficiently and consistently. She manages and supports the paralegal team, leads the training and onboarding of new legal team members, and works closely with attorneys and other departments to develop and improve workflows that strengthen legal operations and support the client experience as the firm grows.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal field, Mandy spent approximately eight years as a paralegal before joining Hargrove Firm in 2022, including about five years focused on estate planning. She previously served as a lead estate planning paralegal, working directly with attorneys and clients throughout the planning process, and her earlier experience also includes personal injury, probate, and litigation. Since joining Hargrove, her role has grown from hands-on estate planning work into legal operations and team leadership. Her paralegal background gives her a strong understanding of both the client experience and the day-to-day needs of attorneys and the legal support team.
Mandy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Kentucky. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their five-year-old daughter, as well as staying active in her church and local community.
