Robert Mousa is the Legal Talent Acquisition Manager at Hargrove Firm, where he leads the firm’s talent acquisition strategy with a focus on recruiting attorneys across the United States.
Before joining Hargrove Firm, Robert served as Head of Talent Acquisition for a large personal injury law firm. He also brings experience from the staffing and technology industries, where he served as Vice President of Technology Recruiting for a boutique staffing agency, Onsite Recruiting Lead for a global IT consultancy, and Account Manager for a national staffing firm.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, and volunteering to coach two of his sons’ baseball teams. He is also an avid Jacksonville Jaguars and Florida Gators fan.
