Sandy Thomas serves as a Client Success Manager, where she supports clients throughout their estate planning process with Hargrove. She enjoys working directly with clients, building relationships, and helping create a smooth and positive experience using the client portal.
Prior to joining the company, Sandy served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Precedent, an AI-powered demand composing software company serving personal injury attorneys. Before that, she was a Customer Success Manager at SimpleLaw, a legal practice management software company.
Sandy earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time outdoors, running, exercising, and reading. She lives in Chicago with her husband and has two daughters.
