Amy Ginsburg is a dedicated consumer rights attorney whose practice focuses on protecting individuals facing financial hardship, fraud, and unfair business practices, including matters under the FDCPA, Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, FCRA, TILA, TCPA, and state and federal Lemon Laws. She also represents clients in debt defense litigation, foreclosure matters, and estate planning, and holds a real estate license in Pennsylvania.
Before law, Amy worked as a trader at a major regional brokerage firm, giving her firsthand insight into financial markets. She earned her Bachelor of Science degrees from Drexel University and her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.
Amy is admitted to practice before numerous U.S. District Courts across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Tennessee, Colorado, Texas, California, Arkansas, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Florida, Arizona, and Wyoming, as well as the District of Columbia, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
Outside the courtroom, Amy serves on the Boards of the Wissahickon School District, where she is Board President, and the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.
