Since becoming licensed to practice law in South Carolina in 2015, Brittany has helped numerous individuals statewide navigate the probate and family court process. From the dissolution of a family unit during a divorce and the formation of a family unit during an adoption, to planning for the distribution of one’s estate and guiding surviving beneficiaries through the lengthy probate of their loved one’s estate, Brittany is ready to assist you with her undivided attention to the details of your engagement, no matter how small or how challenging, because what matters most to you is important to Brittany.

Brittany graduated with a B.A. in Prelaw at Bob Jones University in 2012 before pursuing her legal education at Charlotte School of Law and receiving her J.D. in 2015. Brittany was sworn in as a licensed member of the South Carolina Bar in 2015 where she remains in good standing. Prior to launching her own firm, Brittany represented family law and probate clients at the Law Office of Rhett Burney in Simpsonville for the most recent three years of her legal career. From the Lowcountry to the Upstate, including her hometown, Brittany enjoys representing South Carolinians. All of her prior experiences in the past seven years have molded Brittany into the attorney she is today, and have influenced her style of individualized representation.
