Jeremy Goldberg, Esq., LL.M., is a skilled tax attorney based in Miami, Florida, who joined Hargrove Firm in May 2024. Before joining the firm, he served as a Tax Associate at Dorot & Bensimon PL in Aventura, Florida, and Troutman Pepper in New York, and honed his expertise as an M&A Tax Associate at PwC.
Jeremy holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as President of the Tax Law Society. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Accounting at the College of Charleston.
Licensed to practice in Illinois, New York, and Florida, Jeremy has significant experience advising clients on federal and international income tax, as well as estate and gift tax matters. Specifically, this includes advising high-net-worth private clients (both U.S. and foreign) on tax, trusts, and estates. This also includes advising clients on various outbound and inbound transactions, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, dispositions, capital markets, restructurings, and pre-immigration and expatriation planning.
