Michele Ungvarsky is an accomplished attorney with a deep commitment to helping families plan for the future. Michele focuses on estate planning and elder law, including incapacity and disability planning, probate, and adult guardianship/conservatorships. With an intimate knowledge of how a severe illness with no planning can decimate an estate, Michele is passionate about “Planning it Forward” to help families avoid the struggles and confusion that can accompany a crisis.

Michele earned her Juris Doctor from The University of New Mexico in 1994. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Healthcare Management from Webster University and an RPh. in Pharmacy/Chemistry from The University of New Mexico. Michele is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has earned certifications from Elder Counsel, the National Care Planning Council, and WealthCounsel.
