In her expanded role, Jessi will lead one of Hargrove Firm’s most strategic client relationships with Mariner Wealth Advisors, while also playing a key role in the development of standard operating procedures that strengthen Hargrove Firm’s virtual legal practice. She will assume direct management responsibilities for her team, helping to mentor and grow talent across the firm, and collaborate closely with leadership to support operational excellence as Hargrove Firm continues to scale.

Jessi helped establish scalable workflows, enabling Mariner advisors to confidently offer estate planning to clients across the country with legal guidance backed by the Hargrove Firm team.
