As President of Hargrove Firm Valuations, Andrew W. Green, Attorney/CPA/CVA, leads a team of attorneys and CPAs who provide business valuation, forensic accounting, and expert accounting testimony. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and as an attorney in Kentucky and Ohio. Mr. Green is a former trial lawyer with significant experience in family law, criminal law, business litigation and formation, and estate planning matters. He possesses a strong tax law background and has testified extensively as an expert witness in the areas of business valuation and economic damages in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Hargrove Firm Valuations, Mr. Green owned and operated AWG Forensic Accounting and Andrew Green Law. From 2017 to 2020, he was also Director of the Litigation Consulting Group for Cassady Schiller & Associates, Inc., in Ohio, and developed and managed the Litigation Consulting Group at Dean Dorton Allen Ford, PLLC (formerly Cotton and Allen, P.S.C.), from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Green became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 2008, was an investigative accountant with Johnson Cambra & Libbert from 2004 to 2007 and practiced as an associate attorney from 1996 to 2000 with Frost Brown Todd.
Mr. Green received a Bachelor’s in Economics and Accounting with a minor in English (Cum Laude) in 1990 from Thomas More University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law (Cum Laude) in 1995. He served as a law clerk from 1995 to 1996 to Honorable Henry R. Wilhoit, Jr., who was then a presiding United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
