Dan Flaherty joined the Flaherty Gallardo law firm in 2010 after graduating from The University of Montana School of Law. Before law school, he attended Montana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dan is a proud Montana native. He interned at the University of Montana – General Legal Counsel’s office and Office of Technology Transfer for the Vice President. Now, Dan’s legal focus is on estate planning, family law, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
