Danielle is an experienced Estate Planning Attorney, Guardianship Attorney, Probate Attorney, Trust Administration Attorney, Family Law Attorney, and Mediator. Her years of experience have been acquired in private practice, public service, and in working within the courts.
Prior to acquiring Heritage Law Group on January 1, 2019, Danielle was a dedicated member of the law firm and worked tirelessly to service new and existing clients of the firm. Danielle graduated with distinction from the University of Nevada-Reno, was a W.I.C.H.E. Scholar while in attendance at U.O.P. McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, and is licensed to practice law in both Nevada and California. Danielle began her legal career in Minden in 1991 when she had the privilege of clerking for District Court Judge Norman “Norm” Robison (now deceased). Danielle is also a Certified Mediator and regular volunteer with the Neighborhood Mediation Center in Reno, serving the Reno Justice Court Mandatory Mediation Program. Danielle is also a regular volunteer with the Washoe County Lawyer-in-the-Library program within the Washoe County Courts, and was recognized in 2017 for her dedication to the program. Danielle also often volunteers to serve as Pro Bono counsel for individuals referred by legal services, including V.A.R.N. and Nevada Legal Services.
