David Harris is an experienced attorney with a legal career that has spanned several decades. He has been managing partner of Linck Harris Law Group, PLLC since October 2006. David advises businesses and individuals on business law, estate planning & administration, commercial and residential real estate, corporate governance, and government relations. He serves as corporate counsel to a number of businesses, including for-profit and nonprofit corporations.
David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1981 and his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from North Carolina Central University in 1978.
