Harry W. “Wis” Laughlin III is an experienced tax, legal, and estate professional with over 35 years of private practice experience. He spent six years as in-house counsel and CFO of a national software company, where he negotiated with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Wells Fargo, and the Federal Reserve Bank.
As an estate lawyer, Wis is compassionate, providing his clients with custom-drafted revocable living trust packages that avoid conservatorships and probate, and are kind to their families.
Wis is also a mentor and speaker who loves to educate groups on tax, business, and estate matters. He teaches lawyers, CLUs, CPAs, and investment advisors and guarantees to entertain and educate any group. Wis holds business and law degrees from the University of Tennessee and attended the Georgetown University Law Center Masters of Law in Taxation program.
