Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, I attended Assumption High School (Class of 1992) and graduated from the University of Louisville in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. I earned my Juris Doctor at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, in 2007.
For the first thirteen years of my law career, I successfully represented both Plaintiffs who had been injured or damaged and individual and corporate Defendants against whom claims for damages had been sought. My experience in representing a diverse clientele on both sides of legal matters resulted in a wide range of experience in handling litigation matters. My background includes experience in medical malpractice, legal malpractice, pharmaceutical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, automobile accident litigation, premise liability, Federal Tort Claims Act Claims, constitutional law, contract law, employment law, products liability, insurance law, real estate law, tax law and probate matters.
Thereafter, I started my own practice where I worked as a sole practitioner assisting clients in the areas of estate planning, elder law, asset protection and probate.
