Kelly Hunt is an estate, trust and business litigation attorney and partner at McDaniel Acord, PLLC. She has over a decade of experience in representing clients in various legal matters, including estate planning, probate, guardianship, powers of attorney, advance directives, wills, trusts, real property, business contracts, business formation, business dissolution, business litigation and mediation. She is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas and in the federal district and bankruptcy courts for both states. She is also admitted to practice in several tribal courts. She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012 with magna cum laude honors and from Central Michigan University in 2013 with a master’s degree in public administration. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Northwood University. Kelly is the co-chair of the probate and estate planning section of the Tulsa County Bar Association and a certified family and civil mediator.
