Mark is an experienced Certified Public Accountant who currently provides critical consulting and advisory services for clients, especially those engaged in entity transactions and succession planning. Through his work at Hargrove Firm, he helps business owners improve their long-term growth prospects while minimizing their taxes and exposure to risk. Mark is dedicated to ensuring a consistently great client experience, from planning through estate administration.
In addition to directing client service initiatives for Hargrove Firm, Mark is also an adjunct finance professor at Asbury University and consults with businesses on growth and exit strategies. He previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of NetLaw, helping to spark innovation and lay the groundwork for the organization to grow into the national platform it is today. Furthermore, Mark served several years as a senior executive for a Fortune 500 corporation in finance and business development positions.
