Matthew McCase is an estate planning attorney with over a decade of experience in helping clients with their estate planning and probate needs, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives and other documents. He also handles estate administration and litigation, as well as elder law and trust administration. He is licensed to practice law in West Virginia and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2018 and from West Virginia University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
