Megan Gaskin is an Advanced Planning Attorney at Hargrove Firm, where she meets with clients and their financial advisors to collaboratively design and prepare comprehensive estate plans. Her work is rooted in building relationships and delivering tailored strategies that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.
Megan began her legal career at a real estate title office in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she spent five years developing her foundation in probate and basic estate planning. She then joined a boutique estate planning firm in Dayton, Ohio, dedicating six years to advanced estate planning work before briefly joining Bricker Graydon Wyatt. Seeking a more innovative path, she made the decision to join Hargrove as part of its forward-thinking, tech-enabled law firm model.
Megan holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. She is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky and is an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Outside of work, Megan enjoys gardening, caving, and volunteering in the Kentucky caving community. She also loves relaxing at home with her husband and their two cats.
