Muriel earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2012. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Denver, and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
