Roger Madden, a seasoned Kentucky-based attorney, joins Hargrove Firm as a partner with over 30 years of experience in sophisticated estate and gift tax planning, as well as estate and trust administration. Before becoming a part of Hargrove Firm, Roger cofounded NetLaw, the online estate planning platform used by Hargrove Firm today, along with Jamie Hargrove and Alex Hargrove. Roger has also served as a partner in two full-service, regional law firms.
Roger’s educational background includes an accounting degree from the University of Kentucky, a law degree from Duke University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School. His expertise in estate and gift tax, asset protection planning, tax-focused succession planning for closely held businesses, as well as probate and estate and trust administration, makes him a valuable addition to the Hargrove Firm team and its suite of services.
