Ruth D. Ruth received her Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2003 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from University at Albany, SUNY in 1999. She is a member of several legal organizations and has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work.
