Seth Levy is an attorney who has dedicated his career to helping families navigate the complexities of estate planning, incapacity, and disability issues. His personal experiences have made him particularly focused on assisting individuals and families create plans to protect their assets during life and securely transfer them after death.
Seth received his license to practice law in West Virginia in 1984, followed by licenses in New Jersey in 1985, and New York in 1989. He practiced law in the New York Metropolitan area for over 14 years, consulting on environmental, energy, and public utility industry matters. In 1998, Seth moved to Mount Pleasant for a career change. When his wife Heidi passed away from cancer in late 2015, Seth chose a new career path, becoming admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May of 2017.
Seth’s commitment to helping families plan for the future is reflected in his education and experience. He received his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1984 and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Rochester in 1981. In 2019, Seth completed a weeklong concentration in the field of Elder Law at Elder Law College, which included continuing follow-up and support.
