Sunny Kakwani is a multifaceted attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, business law, taxation, and real estate transactions. He has practiced in various cities and countries and has built a successful reputation as a business implementer, empathetic collaborator, and effective problem solver. Sunny’s passion for culture, community, and inclusion has led him to become a founding member and Treasurer of the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) – Oregon chapter.
Sunny earned his Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business, Economics, and Public Policy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is admitted to practice in Oregon, New York, and New Jersey state and federal courts.
