
Victoria Scarth is an Advanced Planning Attorney at Hargrove Firm, where she works closely with clients to design, update, and implement customized estate plans that reflect their family dynamics, asset composition, and long-term goals. Her practice focuses on wills, trusts, and advanced planning strategies, with careful attention to beneficiary protection, tax considerations, and proper asset titling. Victoria is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and her ability to help clients clearly articulate their wishes so their estates are administered smoothly and according to their intent.
Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2016, Victoria has represented clients across a broad range of legal matters, including estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate transactions, personal injury, and family law. This diverse background allows her to identify potential issues that span multiple practice areas and to provide clients with comprehensive guidance.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, and completed her undergraduate studies with a double major in fine arts and liberal arts. She is a Licensed California Attorney, an Advanced Estate Planning practitioner, a Certified Divorce Mediator, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a Commissioned Notary Public. Outside of her legal practice, Victoria is deeply involved in her community and volunteers with organizations including her local PTA, Dollars for Scholars, the National Charity League, Michelle’s Place, and A Place for All Pieces. She also coaches varsity field hockey, plays the viola, enjoys the arts, and is a proud mother to eight children and eight fur babies.
